Q: Do you provide simultaneous interpretation services?

A: No, we only do document translation. The ATIO website also has a list of interpreters.

Q: We have a document to translate. What process should we follow?

A: Email us the document with your expected deadline, and we will reply with a detailed quote.

Q: How do you charge for your services?

A: We charge a certain amount per source word for translation. An hourly rate applies to revision and proofreading. Our payment terms are Net 30 days by cheque or credit card. Email us for details.

Q: I am a freelancer. May I send you my resumé?

A: We do not use freelancers at this time.
